Correction: The Biden Administration's Covid Vaccination program resulted in about 82% of the population getting a first dose ad 66% got a second dose. The number of new cases flattened out in July 2021. The number of new cases per day now averages 100,000. New variants show up regularly. We have a good treatment that helps most people. But hundreds die from COVID-19 every day in the US. It is much less of a problem due to the widespread vaccination. It did not disappear in early 2019, when Trump predicted it would. It has not disappeared, yet.
