It seems to me the only entities benefiting from all this are foreign/global powers and therefore reasonably safe to presume the Americans who are/were a part of this mess are/were acting on the behalf of foreign powers 🤷🏾

You must not read if you think they are true. Trump is a corrupt business man, nothing more.  He ran for president because the corruption was so bad he could no longer make a profit building buildings.

No sorry. Facts matter. He didn't have 2 million dollars, he was worth 2 million meaning if he sold all his property and cashed in all his investments he could have gotten roughly 2 million dollars. That has nothing to do with making a profit on a building. If it costs 1 million dollars to build and you can only sell it for $900,000 you failed to make a profit.
