Even if they did, the President holds the veto power... so any bills they pass won't do anything...

It's called impeachment.

They could impeach him, but unless they hold a supermajority in the Senate (which is near to impossible, and no Democrat would ever vote to impeach good ol' Joe) then he stays in that role. The only way to override a veto would be a supermajority in both chambers, and if it has that, he's likely to sign it anyway because it's probably some bipartisan bill.

That's not the point. This helps with agit-prop. Reality, reason, or logic have no influence on agit-prop.
