Depends on the cutscene. If it's really annoying, like a conversation between characters, then skipping is good, if it's something important, like an intro to something big, new or just generally intriguing, then I wouldn't skip it.

Yeah. But even conversations could be important since it helps you understand the story.
the stupid part about cutscenes is that the main character is always carrying a pistol and, the main character gets fatally injured when shot even tho the main character doesn't care if he/she got shot during gameplay
bro the world of light cutscenes are a masterpiece

Cutscenes take talent to make, yes. But, I listen to the dialogue and the audio, the sound producers spend time on. After all. It does take a long time to make the audio. How do I know? I mean, I studied Music and Sound Production once. Never finished that course. But I'll go back to it.
i usually only skip unimportant bullcrap, such as useless conversations (like another person in the comments also said), or poorly made jokes, tho sometimes i do accidentally skip a cutscene i didn't want to skip
No. The game developers spent a long time and put effort into making this cutscene special. I will watch it from start to finish to appreciate their talent. Ugh, just skip the cutscene already!
