I recently got deleted & temporarily banned for copying what someone had said about me, pasting it into a meme and saying it back to them. Literally the same words.

Do you suppose they mistook me for a repub?

They removed a post of mine with 18 likes, I opened it and to just see if I had a timer, typed two words in the comments, (I did, 8 hours) , and a WEEK later, got ANOTHER ONE for 24 for violating rules on those two words, (guess which two) comment, NO ONE EXCEPT ME COULD SEE !

Hmm... Guess 2 words...... Idk.

(Shrug) I've simply had enough of the mods on the Politics Stream. I already no longer post any memes to it and I'm gradually weaning myself from leaving any comments aside from up-voting and commenting on conservative memes. Baby steps.

To be fair after my ban was over, I said something about what happened to someone else here... And shortly after that, person's original comment that I had copy/pasted also got deleted.

I wonder if I hadn't said anything, if it would have. Maybe because I didn't flag it....(?) Maybe if I had flagged it, both of us would've got deleted at the same time. Idk. I usually don't flag anything.
