It's not free if you can be fined for it.

I'd compare this to saying that if someone came up to your house door begging to use the restroom you should be required to let them do so as if your house is a rest stop on the highway

There is a difference between what is personal property and what is public (or rather, what should be public property).

An owned business, no matter what you think of it, IS private property.

Free drinking water. Free benches for resting. Free cots for naps. Free coffee for mornings.
Free Wi-Fi. Free music. Free A/C. Free lunch.

Are you joking about the benches? They literally design them so homeless can’t sleep on them.

Let them use your toilet?
Build them one and make it's use free?
Pay a porta-toilet company to place them in a public place and pay for it?

Remember, If you attempt to charge anyone anything so you can replenish the toilet paper or pay for replacement future toilets then you'll be a dirty capitalist.

This might be the case in some, but not all, communities. This exists because some people abused “free”.

If only we actually built housing or took control of the banks and distributed existing housing. The fact of the matter is, we refuse to do things that would cure homelessness and support them with their additional problems and complain about homeless in our communities.

During the early days of the Covid pandemic, San Francisco put the homeless people in unused hotel rooms. It was a disaster. The rooms were trashed to say the least.

That still isn’t housing, nor does it help with mental health or drug problems.

It WAS housing. This city also gave them free alcohol, marijuana and synthetic narcotics.

Yeah, those free shitters worked out so well for Starbucks, they closed 16 stores in Nancy's district.
