have a rule titled "rule #34" that says "if you post an image with nudity, you have to cover it up with either a picture of Saul Goodman or the Rock's Sus Face"
No that isn't what mod abuse is
Mod abuse is abusing your power and dissaproving memes or deleting comments that don't break the TOS or stream rules for no reason or personal reasons
We changed from having 69 verbose and repetitive rules to having about five comprehensive ones that were more general in nature, with actually readable content.
That was all to make things smoother, make it seem more like a meme site and less IngSoc.
You wouldn't happen to have any of that rule text saved somewhere would you? I can probably extract some version of it from the Update Stream moderations, but time consuming and none of the old formatting would come through.
What is the benefit to the stream that offsets the burden of posts from brand new alt accounts of banned users?

most banned users quit, like blue.
Plus, if more people like blue show up, it doesnt stop them from commenting, its close to useless if you can comment when the 10k rule is active to users like blue
