I think your version of attacked is not what the Sitewide Moderators would consider an attack.

IMO the image should have been approved the first time. It meets the Terms of Use and the Stream Rules that were in effect at the time.

We changed from having 69 verbose and repetitive rules to having about five comprehensive ones that were more general in nature, with actually readable content.
That was all to make things smoother, make it seem more like a meme site and less IngSoc.
