You do realize that this is the EXACT same argument made in the Dredd Scott decision, in which it was essentially decided that people with darker skin were not truly persons, and could therefore be held as property? You are literally no better than the average KKK member, with the only difference being that you like to torch mother's wombs rather than black churches and crosses.
