This is why he can happily shut down production here whilst begging elsewhere.
Also, seeing as the Saudis were buying up russian oil, Biden was effectively begging for oil from russia...which he put sanctions against.
It's like refusing to buy walmart items unless your neighbor hands them to you with his fee added.
