Would a conversation with you go like this:

You: So what are they?
Me: Well I have a paper with their names on it but a judge said I can't upload it here, I'll update you again in about 6 months
You: Ok understood ,have a wonderful day
or would it go more like this:

question 2: If its the first one, why would you not expect more from the PRESIDENT to do whats right
