Next time you see someone who disrespects pronouns, if he is a guy, call him "she" and "her" and refer to him as a girl. If she's a girl, call him "he" and "him". Give them a taste of their own medicine.
Yeah but calling them names doesn't show them what the did wrong or give them a reason to fix it. It might give you some instant gratification but in the long run you probably did more harm than good here.
