did my own research, apparently since back from 2013 they wanted 2 boys and they were very clear to the doctor they wanted the child to be a male embryo and the surrogate gave birth to a female, so they're suing because the clinic literally assured them it would be male and they didn't just sue on a whim

But, gender is a defunct societal construct.
