Literally nobody is arguing against treatment of ectopic pregnancies. That is a STRAWMAN, and you know it. There is a HUGE difference between ectopic pregnancy treatment and elective abortions, abortion-on-demand, and the like.

Abortion is one way to terminate a pregnancy.

The other way to terminate a pregnancy is to give birth, which doesn't solve ectopic cases but is the #1 way to resolve acute preclampsia

Sometimes if somebody has complications during pregnancy they can still carry the pregnancy to term. An ectopic pregnancy cannot be carried to term, it has to be terminated, that was my point.

I understand your point, and you are right in the principle of your point.

However you are wrong to say that abortion is the definition as the termination of a pregnancy. You are also wrong to say that they can carry it to term.

A non-abortion pregnancy termination (aka induce labor) can happen—and happens often—as early as 23 weeks; far lower than the 'term' pregnancy of ~30 weeks.

You notice how Twitter won’t flag this for false information. Yet, when actual medical doctors disagree with scientists who don’t even treat patients, they are removed from Twitter and labeled as spreading misinformation. .

AOC is a fricking politician, she should bother to read the terms of the law the court passed before BSing about it on social media. Either she's not doing her job well, or she's just an evil liar (not like we didn't know that already)
