Ahh, High rise development, nestled in the mountains, or rather, the mountain, as in the former dump later turned part of Pelham Bay Park, the closest thing we got to one in the entire city, save maybe Fresh Kills, which is more of a sloping gradient anyways (I figure, I ain't seen that one in the flesh)?
Not that there is actually some tourist attraction in some Southern State or something like that where nobody actually lives.
