Women will still have the right to choose - they have the right to choose to have sex, they have the right to choose to use protection, if they get pregnant they have the right to choose to go to any state that will still have legal abortions.

That’s an awfully rosy view of it. Next time Republicans control both Congress and the Presidency, abortion everywhere will be on the chopping block. The Dobbs decision said nothing to foreclose that possibility, and plenty to encourage it.

There are so many situations in which a woman can have a responsible sex life and still wind up with an unwanted pregnancy.

—Birth control fails, as it sometimes does at a non-negligible rate.
—The woman is raped and impregnated. Obviously not her fault.
—The woman had sex and wanted to get pregnant, but her husband leaves her a month or two into the pregnancy. Then what?
—The woman is only 13 and hasn’t been taught the first thing about sex, gets raped or otherwise fools around with someone her age and ends up pregnant. How the hell is a 13-year-old who’s barely started to get her period ready for that?

Top: We don’t really have the right to choose anymore, only certain places, and if you only have a right in certain parts of the country, that’s the definition of it not being a right. This loss of a right will affect women all over the country. When slavery was legal in certain states, for instance, it really did affect black people everywhere. The Dred Scott decision said slaves remained slaves even if they escaped to free soil — stuff like that. Missouri (where Dred Scott was actually decided, ironically) is talking about implementing similar laws to regulate “their women” everywhere they go.

Reproduction Infringement happens in China, not in US. If you have already made the decision to have sex and now are carrying a baby, that life has to be considered. Forget the argument that it is attached or a "parasite". How many testimonials have there been of people that were the product of rape, incest, unwanted, that they are so thankful they could live.
