Psssst . . . the precedent is called the U.S. Constitution and there is no Constitutional federal right to an abortion. So this was merely the correcting of a terrible error by lesser Supreme Court judges who became enamored of Cultural Marxism back in the 1970s . . . . a wrong ruling that resulted in the murder of millions of babies.

Thanks. These leftists should sue their public school system and college because they got ripped off on their education. But then again, I guess that's what happens when one does NOT question what leftist 'educators' . . . 'teach'.

They're waiting on Biden to include them in the student loan forgiveness program... LOL

I understand that he has a handful of 'advisers' that owe something like 4 million dollars in student loans between them. Yep I really feel like using MY tax money to pay off the cost of their SJW, CRT, Politically Correct Nation-hating college curriculum and partying for four to six years.
1 up, 2y
Bingo
0 ups, 2y
Crt isn’t even standard curriculum that’s like Ivy League and 300-400 level coursework…

Ah yes I removed SJW training 104 right after my calc 3 class.

Come on at least crt is an actual course.

Really because the Supreme Court justices all agreed it was precedent that should be upheld in their appointment hearings. I didn’t realize lying to the American publics face was okay as long as you yallquedi fascists got what you wanted.
2 ups, 2y,

They said that it was established law, NOT that they would not re-examine the legal foundations of that law should it cross their desks. That is, after all, their actual job. Ooops!
1 up, 2y,
1 reply
They said it was established law and accepted as precedent and would respect precedent.

They flat out lied.
2 ups, 2y,
1 reply
You mean the Supreme Court never re-examines established law? Since when? Just the ideologically agenda driven leftists questioning them were stupid, it doesn't mean that the Supreme Court won't do their actual job.
1 up, 2y
Ah ah ah. Naughty naughty. I merely pointed out that they would respect the precedent in their own words then they did the exact opposite.

Normal people call that lying.
1 up, 2y,

There is also no Supreme Court in the original constitution perhaps we should abolish them too and leave it to the American public to vote on it when over 60% of Americans agreed roe v wade should not be overturned. Oh but then you wouldn’t be able to control peoples love life’s so can’t have that can you.

Go for it. Just use peaceful and legal means . . . not the traditional means that leftists use whenever they get frustrated or balked. You know like leftist ANTIFA now calling for a night of violent rage and AOC advocating pretty much the same thing?

Remind me how again how peaceful jan 6th was?

Nobody was armed except for a granny with a sippy cup and with a small U.S. flag in her hand. Of course the sight of a U.S. flag DID cause some leftists to have heart palpitations . . . and so I guess that could be called violent.
1 up, 2y
2 ups, 2y
That is a flat out lie again my man.
There were several armed insurrectionists with arms arrested and oathkeepers along with proud boys did in fact have guns near the inserruction stored in hotels.

Perhaps I could take your snipe at assuming I hate the flag seriously if it weren’t for the fact those flags had been seen right next to confederate flags who if I’m not mistaken we’re NOT on the United States side during the civil war?

And we've all seen how conservatives act when they don't get their way. Numerous abortion clinics vandalized and attacked, and people murdered by antiabortion terrorists

How many pro life organizations praise and encourage violence against pro choice groups or individuals? how many set up websites encouraging illegal activities like picketing private residences, doxxing people and threatening to kill them and their family members when they don't get their way? How many have marches promising they will be ungovernable and have a summer of rage kicking off millions of dollars in damages to groups with the specific intent of helping those you say we don't care about? How many intentionally disturb church services for civilians who aren't even involved in law making? And don't bother bringing up Jan 6 unless you care to rehash all the BLM riots because it's really not relevant here. Show me where American Life League or students for life as a whole behaved the way Ruth Sent Us or Jane's Revenge is behaving. Their mantra being "If abortions aren't safe then neither are you" threatening an entire group of people who only want to stop the killing of humans, so noble. 🙄 I pity anyone who thinks this is ok

"How many pro life organizations praise and encourage violence against pro choice groups or individuals?"

Some, not all. But they do exist

"how many set up websites encouraging illegal activities like picketing private residences, doxxing people and threatening to kill them and their family members when they don't get their way?"

I'm not sure the number

"How many have marches promising they will be ungovernable and have a summer of rage kicking off millions of dollars in damages to groups with the specific intent of helping those you say we don't care about?"

Probably zero

"How many intentionally disturb church services for civilians who aren't even involved in law making?"

Anti-abortion activists tend to be Christians, so they don't disrupt church services, unless you count the instance where an abortion provider was murdered while attending church, and he was murdered by an anti-abortion Christian terrorist.

"Show me where American Life League or students for life as a whole behaved the way Ruth Sent Us or Jane's Revenge is behaving"

I don't know what specific activities those groups have engaged in, but I know there have been many anti-abortion groups who have harassed and intimidated people trying to gain access to abortion clinics. It got so bad the government had to pass a law making it illegal to block the entrance to clinics because antiabortion activists were literally trying to prevent people from physically entering the building.

"Their mantra being "If abortions aren't safe then neither are you" threatening an entire group of people who only want to stop the killing of humans, so noble. 🙄 I pity anyone who thinks this is ok"

I don't support their threats or violence, but I understand why they're angry

lol yeah alot of starvation here. Hahaha Under eating is the greatest issue of all!

Actually thanks to child poverty, it is.

I would know. I lived it while my dad was making 2.33 an hour raising my brother and I.

Right. Like a few women get impregnated by incest. Like a few people are intersexed. However I fail to see how Republican policies are causing starvation, like the poster implied.

It's a lot more than a few, but thanks for making it clear that you don't mind downplaying rape
0 ups, 2y
Yeah, it's a few. Downplaying rape? Does liberal Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein ring a bell? Democrats are fine with rape if it advances their career.
1 up, 2y,

Republicans literally wouldn’t vote to extend the child tax credit which helped millions of children out of poverty.

Paul Ryan when he represented Wisconsin also removed and voted against several programs specifically for children including school lunch and even a rudimentary dental program.

So yes very much so republicans and some democrats like Joe manchin/sinema.

Figured you've heard of RINOs since you signalled out two DINOs every dem complains about.
0 ups, 2y
The difference is policy. Ryan is Republican he just didn’t support trump. Where as manchin and sinema don’t support any policy the democrats supposedly stand by.

Just because you don’t support trump doesn’t make you a rino.

Post me even one link of that book burning.

It was the company’s own decision to stop printing that book for sales reasons you ball bearing brained tool.

It literally says you can’t talk about gender behavior before the fifth grade… along with the caveat of “or any other inappropriate time” which is so vague could be stretched to anytime frame by design. It has the nickname of “don’t say gay.”

Christ on a stick.

Yeah, sorry, not going to feel bad about protecting children from degeneracy. If you have kids, feel free to spread your degeneracy at home. Don't push it on everyone.
0 ups, 2y
People like you don't protect kids from degeneracy, you just lash out at people who are different than you.
1 up, 2y
Ah so you are pro censorship of speech.

Being gay isn’t degeneracy in our legal code?

I’m straight myself and if for some reason I bring a child into this forsaken world I will embrace whatever gender or who they love as long as they are a consenting adult.

Sure. And if you'd want to show footage of you and whatever having sex to childen, i'd be against that free speech too. Sheesh, you leftists sure are something. Worry about the lion's share of censorship coming from the left before you cry with faux outrage lol
1 up, 2y
That’s not how that works…there’s no sex Ed with porn being shown to kids in any school period.

I took sex Ed in Wisconsin it was more about std scare tactics then anything and it was only subsection of general health like learning cpr.

It also didn’t create the Supreme Court. Should we get rid of that too?

It also didn’t ban slavery you wanna go back to those times too?
0 ups, 2y
The Constitution didn’t create the Supreme Court?

Article III, Section I states that "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Although the Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, it permits Congress to decide how to organize it.

The Supreme Court of the United States is the only court specifically established by the Constitution of the United States, implemented in 1789; under the Judiciary Act of 1789

btw... It's Congress that makes the laws... OOPS OOPS
