In the show MASH, sometimes characters will donate blood for the wounded. . .so if that is true for real life then shouldn't AIDS/HIV be put on the Dog Tags?

You do realize that HIV is sexually transmitted right? The Army is not a college dorm.

You do realize that soldiers have sex with other soldiers, right? Male and Female soldiers live side by side in individual rooms in the barracks. And now that the US Military is woke, and openly gay soldiers can serve, male soldiers can have sex with other male soldiers. But sure. HIV positive soldiers won't be a problem.
