Oh, so you think the Second Amendment is a Republican law??

Yet all those leftists abandoning California in droves because of outrageous taxation rates and skyrocketing crime waves are flocking to red states . . . including Texas.

What's your point?

California is number 1 and it is a Democrat ran state.

California - 55 in 2017 - 2021
2017 - 7
2018 - 8
2019 - 9
2020 - 10
2021 - 21

Texas - 40 in 2017 - 21
2017- 3
2018 -6
2019 - 5
2020 - 13
2021 - 13

California overall school shootings 164
Texas 135

I would also like to see where you pulling these sales statistics from. I love how users post memes but don't provide data to back up their claims. I bet anything that California would probably still have lower volume of sales but higher school shooting count.

Per capita is a better metric...

Based on the highest school shootings rates per one million people, Washington, D.C., tops the list with 32.74. Alaska has the next highest shootings per capita at 13.56, followed by Louisiana, Delaware, and Alabama.

It is simple statistics that places both California and Texas at the highest, they have the most people...

"California overall school shootings 164

California has about 40 million people. Texas has about 30 million.

That means the California has one school shooting for roughly every 244,000 residents, whereas Texas has one school shooting for roughly every 222,000 residents. California may have a higher number overall, but Texas has a higher per capita rate

You also have to look at sales of firearms or the possession of such. Which I am still waiting for OP to deliver which they aren't.

This is only 2015 survey I found, times may be bit different but here you go.
1,000 residents in California, there are 7.6 guns.

Texas 12.8 guns on record for every 1,000 residents

So you telling me the state that numbers 40 with register weapons while Texas numbers 18 is still outdoing Texas crime despite the difference in population?

https://www.cbsnews.com/pictures/most-heavily-armed-states-in-america/13/

That means California with the least own weapons is still number 1 in crime rate while Texas close higher up with own weapons is only number two despite populations.

Hmmm... Interesting how that works. But math be racist.

And here is a 2022 one
https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/guns-per-capita

Texas Register Guns 588,696 Pop 30,097,526
California Register Guns 344,622 Pop 39,664,128

Funny again how that works. Texas almost has double register guns but still falling below California in terms of school shooting.

Again I dunno. I guess math be racist.
