Conservatives only care about babies being born, not the well being of them afterwards.

Once again, we don’t care about the appearance of the child like you guys do. No matter what the child looks like it’s still a human life. We don’t kill people just ‘cause they don’t meet our standard for what a homo sapien should look like. Unlike you guys who support eugenics which automatically equates you with both white supremacy and ableism.

Well, I’ve seen multiple arguments that abortion needs to be legal because of incest which obviously would point towards the idea that they believe that you should kill off anyone with any sign of being genetically inferior. Plus, I’ve seen people just say in general that it’s better that a mother aborts a disabled child. So whether they beat around the bush, or they just say directly “I think all pregnant women should have prenatal screenings and if the fetus has a likely chance of having genetic defects they should kill it.” they inevitably imply they support at least a mild form of eugenics.

Incest tends to involve someone older imposing upon their own children or younger siblings, cousins, etc. While plenty may involve people of similar age and equal consent, the dynamic is more often than not one involving power & influence a degree of mainpulation or coercian, even if not to an extreme degree. The kissin' cuzins in the barn scenario is an overused trope.
So that as a form of abuse which may or may not border on rape or qualify as such is part of the issue itself.

Genetic abnormalities is another, and given the cultural aspect of such behavior, chances are it's trans-generational and thus the chances for genetic defects to rise gets higher with successive generations, a phenomenom which has been observed in certain areas of the US.

But if her hair is blue, from dye, no less, she's something lesser with no redeemable future according to you earlier today?

My argument was that Octavia’s claim that a fetus does not in fact deserve to live because it cannot have job would also indicate your typical Californian living off her daddy’s money shouldn’t deserve the right to life either. I wasn’t saying that she has no redeemable future, I was saying that Octavia indirectly said that she has no redeemable future. ‘Cause of since a fetus doesn’t deserve the most basic human right you can have because it cannot work a job for 9 months the same should go for a fully grown adult that cannot work a job for a short period of time.
