Most people are under the impression that Roe v wade is about abortion, it's not. It's about individual medical freedom. Liberals re-opened up the issue by insisting states and the federal government had the right to override an individuals medical freedom in the interest of protecting innocent lives, by mandating vaccines.

Exactly when they realized their were protections in previous decided cases they realized they had to erase history. I suppose Apetheker vs Sec of State is next, God forbid we get to travel freely.

"re-opened"? How was that vaccine mandate substantially different from the other vaccines people are mandated to have to participate in various sectors of US public life? (Ask any health care provider, teacher, school child, or person serving in the Armed Forces. Since the days of the Continental Army, vaccination has been mandated to some degree.)

It was a pandemic meaning it wasn't going to be around forever, it was a flu meaning it adapted so despite what we were sold (you cannot use the same vaccine for every new variant and pretend it's an actual vaccine) and lastly the mortality rate and target made it clear that different steps should have been taken and yet were ignored for pure control and lunacy.

Nope.
All clear thinking Americans want the PEOPLE to decide.
That is why the SCOTUS is contemplating returning the decision to the several states.
No decision has been handed down yet, Liarry.
You have jumped the gun.

It goes back to states, where it always should have and could have been legislated.

And what changes?? Nothing. It still falls within the purview of the state legislatures.

Literally - nothing changes.

If this is true then you shouldn't have any problem letting the voters decide...
