1. You might want to look more closely. For example: Drawings currently lists 1479 followers while CuRsEd_ImAgEs666 listed right after it shows 1482 followers. There are other examples if you look through the listing.
If it is based off of that then it is a losing game for the unpopular streams cause they are lost in the bottom and only able to be found if found first lol

THERE IS NO SEARCH OPTION ON MOBILE
(I knew it already exists on computer because on a post I made someone told me that a keybind or whatever you call it lets you search streams so here's a shocking bit of information WE DON'T HAVE KEYBINDS ON MOBILE)
If imgflip would get the list of streams organized, that would be great. Currently, there is no apparent rhyme or reason to the listings. A list of stream categories could be set-up and each stream listed under the respective category alphabetically. This will make it easier for users to find what they are interested in... ...and potentially help the lesser known streams to get more traffic.
