Sad but true - I saw Huckabee on a show earlier this week and what he said was very similar - it won't be good enough for the republicans to say "look how shitty things are under the democrats, you should vote for us" - instead, they need to follow the Youngkin model and tell what they're for, what they'll be able to improve upon, etc., have a positive plan and message to convince the independents to vote FOR republicans and not just AGAINST democrats.
