Nope. So, back in the middle ages, red dye was almost the most expensive dye there was, and it was a sign of wealth to have red clothes. In the late medieval and early Renaissance periods, middle class families could obtain knock-off dyes but they would fade to pink when you washed them. So for much of our history, pink was definitely a boys' color. Nobody thought that was gay, or a trans thing, nobody gave it a second thought, it was completely normal to them. There WERE no pink clothes for girls to wear.
Pink wasn't really associated with femininity until the Victorian era.
BECAUSE COLOR CODING FOR GENDER IS COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY ARBITRARY WHICH IS THE ENTIRE ARGUMENT RIGHT THERE BY THE WAY!
