Knowing apples, the point was probably that Trump is stupid. (but we knew that was the point...)
Although any objective observation of Trump clearly shows he's quite intelligent. Not the best speaker in my opinion, but he's sharp and focused. Zero loss of cognitive skills. Sadly, the same cannot be said of our current POTUS. It doesn't matter though, because even before the dementia, Joe was nowhere near the sharpest knife in the drawer.
