Democrats decide they don't need lynching to keep blacks on the democrat plantation any longer. Today they do it with government handouts.

I didn't know MURDER was legal in the US up until Biden signed that law.

I made the mistake of watching the left wing propaganda on this. They had to try to destroy Rand Paul because he said murder was already illegal. They already have hate crime legislation to go with murder charges. I wonder what penalty they add to murder with this legislation. I guess we will never know seeing that NO ONE LYNCHES ANYONE ANY MORE!!!!!

This legislation is all to perpetuate the myth that racism is worse now than ever. That's just idiotic.

Last time that happened was in 1980s by the KKK. Which bankrupted one of their HQs as a result after the criminals were charge. Really historic shitshow there. But that was the only Lynching that occurred due to racial tension from a black man charge with killing white police officer and then white people getting revenge for it after he was found innocent. (Not defending them. Dunno if black man was really guilty or not as I haven't looked that much into it, but just a bad case of escalated violence.)

Before that the events ranged from 1877 to 1950. Due to memorial already built and there was some issues with putting Michael Donald on said Memorial(because his incident at that time happened over 30 years from the dated events of the memorial's recording last lynch-fest. Dunno if they finally decided to put him on it or not, again never looked too deep into it.)

It's an extralegal judgement and execution, illegal by its very nature.
