Due to the expansion of Congress to 20, and the low turnout in this election (about 30), that means 1.5 votes equals 1 Congress seat. Getting awfully close to simply direct democracy. Why have elections at all? We can govern ourselves! :)

On a serious note, we had problems last cycle with people actually showing up to Congress votes. It’s a problem every cycle, frankly. I wonder if we should set a ratio for votes to Congress seats (like 2:1) so that the size of Congress can expand and contract elastically along with the voter pool and that Congress doesn’t get so big that AFKness becomes a major issue.

But what do I know, I’m just a nobody who barely pulled 2nd place out of 3 in my first time on the ballot. :)

Vote notices should be posted on the main stream. I had trouble finding announcements for the few things we had to vote on.

1) He never learns. All he wants to do here is impeach and ban people. That's not what this stream is supposed to be.
2) As long as I'm owner, I can say with probably 99% certainty that he will remain banned
