A weekly mandatory meeting for the members of Congress

So it's like this say you hold the weekly meeting on a Monday through out the Monday members of Congress will comment and discuss stream related stuff.
Those who don't show up and are afk are removed,

because lets face it, it is killing our elections. Before this, people would need to be in the stream for 2 weeks before election to vote, but now we only get 30 max with the ID thing. I think you need to be in stream for 2 weeks as usual to vote (before election), but 1 week before you need to be somewhat active to vote

How about the legalization of weed?

2ndary government or a state that other parties can run for so everyone isnt just running for main government

have states/provinces that can be ruled by other parties so its not just one party ruling over everything and other parties can still be involved in the government system by running a state
i was thinking there's 4 states one for each political compass quadrant and parties can run to rule that state/province and ppl can also sign up to live in those provinces
there will be restrictions to prevent overpowering the main government and i was thinking of keeping it in the stream so that the idea doesn't die and become irrelevant bc all the other streams outside of IP has died and hasn't been revived
and we would be opening more banks in those provinces and taxes could be imposed so we would also be starting an economy and if we wanted to e could bring jobs back into the ip regions
but if it gets to the point of needing to be a separate stream ig we can also impose an idleness law for it too so if a province is being idle we switch out the owner and leader
taxes will be imposed from these states so banks and other things need to be established so already that's more jobs being created by the idea and possibly an economy boost
