If that's the case, why'd Putin respect borders only when Trump was in office and not with Bush, Obama, or Biden? Why did North Korea (another country the left claims Trump kissed their butts constantly) just launch their largest missile test since 2017, when Trump shut those down?
Putin did this because he expected Biden to look the other way, and because he has advantages that Biden gave him (like the oil line)
