That vacuum, btw, as you recall, was filled by Russia (ostensibly in order to protect the Kurds from the Turks, after the outcry from out Military and allies), to whom the act basically handed Syria to.
Iran is also allied with the Kurds and Russia in favor of Assad, and Trump's intentional weakening of US leadership has allowed both to to increase their sphere of influence throughout the Middle East.
Countries leary of both have opted to strengthen ties with them for protection since they feel they no longer have the US to back them. Trump's doing the bidding of Netanyahu and his inaction following Iran's (supposed) bombing of Saudi oil refineries being among the causes of concern.

Should we continue with how Trump ceased military drills and ops with S Korea in exchange for nothing after a meeting with Kim Jung-un, and how he wanted to pull us out of the DMZ, in effect handing the rest of penninsula to NK and China, or are we done wasting my time with partisan hackery revisioning because I get bored with this a lot?
