During the 1970s and 80s leftists pressured the cartoon industry and toy makers into culturally 'safing' everything so that children would not be exposed to toy weapons or violence in cartoons and yet they fought tooth and nail to LEAVE the hyper violence in ALL computer games and -- of course -- in television and the movie industry. So they DELIBERATELY missed a few things.
