They brought it to the courts and the courts refused to see the evidence, but state legislatures did and the audits are still going on.

They already have. A signed affidavit from multiple witnesses is usually enough to start a case. But the judges refused. Look it up.

They didn't throw out the case for the Nevada guy that used his dead wife's ballot to vote for Trump.

Yep, but they threw out the case with over 100 signed affidavits which if found to be fake would get jail time for the signers.
