Incorrect. Cirzen journalists have stepped up bigly these past few years to a decade. There are some excellent college educated newseys (Blacklock's Reporter here in Canada), but you gotta look hard for them.

Yeah but for the longest time a person had to go to college to be part of the Press as defined in the Constitution.

Woodward and berstein screwed up journalism

To me it's either Cronkite(saying the US lost the war in Vietnam without any evidence or justification for saying it) or the New York Times when they buried the story that would've exposed Hitler's camps a lot sooner than they were.
