That study is bunk
"According to Malik, data from the UKHSA show that people who received two or three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine are “more likely” than the unvaccinated to contract the disease.
“I want to focus on some of the data that’s coming out because we’re told: ‘Take this vaccine to protect your patients,’” he said in the interview.
While it is true to say UKHSA data show unadjusted case rates are higher in the vaccinated population compared with the unvaccinated (see table 13 here, and table 12 here), the figures do not suggest vaccines themselves increase susceptibility to COVID-19 infection.
The UKHSA’s weekly vaccine surveillance report, which publishes rates of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people, uses population data from the National Immunisation Management System (NIMS) – the limitations of which are highlighted by the agency on page 42, here, and discussed by Reuters in a previous check here.
A November blog written by Mary Ramsay, a consultant epidemiologist and head of the Immunisation, Hepatitis and Blood Safety department at UKHSA, warned against making simple comparisons between case rates, saying they can reflect a population’s behaviour and exposure to COVID-19 rather than vaccine efficacy (here)."

Now mald all you want, your lies are so easy to destroy it almost makes me feel bad.
I can explain to y'all vaccines and natural immunity work just the same with my own words, so I can save you hours of reading, or you can block me and admit this stream is little more than a Echonservative chamber.
Lmao I know what's going to happen but I don't care, I'm doing this one for fun at this point, I know this is the diametrical opposite to preaching to the choir.
