they don't see everything, they rely on people to report things. they can't just search the entire site every minute of their lives looking for people to ban in order to enforce the tos.
You sir... May be onto something... I recently created imgflip.com/m/EAM_META in order to have a way to fight back against one particularly douchey Mod that clearly let's his ($hitLib) politics influence his TOS enforcement and Moderation actions ...
In response I got into a flame war with a few of his Alts...
This got deleted as a "Spam" comment - and got me temporarily blocked from EAM_Politics or EAM or both(I forget which...).
There was a whole ugly thing... End result all of the posts on that stream I linked to you above - got nuked... And I got stern talking to - as if both sides were equally at fault ... The guy known for his bias and censorship and harrassment - and the one who pushed back and complained about it...
Anyways - feel free to follow and post there - any memes that you feel are "on topic" - like this one... Or whatever got you in trouble, etc..

But Spurs is talking about alleged inconsistencies with site mods modding, whereas you're talking about a personal conflict with fellow memer on a stream in which everyone (who chooses to be) is a mod on THAT stream, as indicated by its name and description.
EAM was designed as an experiment to observe what would happen under such conditions.

EAM was set up by OP as that experiment I mentioned.

To his credit - I don't see OP doing much of the dirty work... But if you look at the mod log for the other guy... Whew... That's a lot of deletions and bans... And I'd be willing to testify from what I've seen - that not all of those were legit.
Well OP set it up, but observing an enviroment as shaped by its multitude of growing facets unfold would require hands off unless really needed when things get out of hand, so hence him not getting much involved with the flow.
As for others and bs, some might argue that that's a matter of perspective.
I'm the only individual I've ever encountered who is an admitted douchebag. Everyone else I've ever met is the greatestest person ever ever, which adds up to a whole world of perfection with one single douchebag roaming around in it.
Then there's the question of how to proceed, because what if you're right? Then that means you're indulging someone else's bs which would be what they want you to do because that proves to them that they were right and the world is full of other doubcebags besides me and they are on a mission to fix it. So then you got a feedback loop which might be what they thrive on, so unless a quest to seek perpetual (circular) motion is the best option,,,,,,,,,,,

I've had some of my fancy convoluted word play deleted for harassment, abuse, insulting, targetting, etc, while the straight up vile language berating they were replies to stayed. Not even trying to go tit-for-tat, just trying to turn the fricasses into the absurd goofs that they were and stomping on them along the silly lines that they really were minus the harsh hissy fitting. Sort of a roast but with banana peels instead of asinine chest pounding.
Yeah, I've gotten vicious in the past, but it's been awhile and even that was more about showing the ridiculous of it all rather than headbutting the keyboard to see how much of my own blood I can get on it.
