Russians are White. The bulk of NY’s noncitizens aren’t. The government confiscates resources from one source to go to another. Voting allows groups to influence this process. Having your resources drained depresses birth rates. Having resources flow in raises them. Pointing out that this adds up to genocide is White Supremacism tho.
