Hospitalizations WITH covid or hospitalizations FROM covid? Big difference there!

well, the media just reports panic reports as "hospitalizations" and doesn't distinguish whether it's "WITH covid" or "FROM covid", but I can see it would make a difference. The media does intend the means as "FROM covid", but they don't actually specify.

More hospitalizations because hospitals get extra money for treating covid patients. Also, if a death is attributed to covid rather than the main cause such as a heart failure which was present long before covid, the family gets $9,000 for burial. So, why wouldn't hospitalizations be up?
