They KNEW that Trump wasn't doing anything on purpose. Ingraham even said in her text to Meadows that Trump is destroying his legacy. So she KNEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And how many months has FOX been peddling the Big Lie and purposely trying to change the narrative of January 6th?

Wait a minute, there's a bit of a difference between knowing what everyone knew as it was happening that day then urging Trump to call for the rioters to stop on Jan 6 and actually taking part in the planning of it.

FOX News changing its tune afterwards likewise is not proof of planning beforehand.
They had caught grief from the base as they called various states in favor of Biden before other channels did (I know, I was watching it) and called the election in favor of Biden that very night, Nov 3, 2020, losing its top slot standing with viewers, yet now spin the 'stolen election' fanfic. So reworking their 'news' after isn't exactly an unknown craft to them.

You make a good point. I guess the biggest complaints have been their behaviors since the insurrection. Maybe they were just trying to play the party's line. Maybe they just wanted to please Rupert Murdoch. Maybe they were under orders.

As someone who was independent prior to the Big Lie and the Trump Insurrection, I would have respect for these FOX personalities if they simply came out and said two things...
#1: Trump lost a legitimate free and fair election.
#2: Trump is responsible for the insurrection.
