If he takes the inevitable slap on the wrist, this will be over soon, hopefully. But those who have supported him all along (hello, veep Commie-la Harris, Michelle O., and liberal media) probably won't *let* him do that.

If he decides to triple down on his stupidity, it could be tied up for a long time in appeals.

He should do actual jail time for this. I doubt he will though... I mean you can't just fake a hate crime.

A fake hate crime I believe should have a minimum of 20 years in my opinion. I agree with you on this. They had a church burning here and the media fell for it. They had the N word painted at the church and come to find out it was the pastor and his wife, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton got involved too as in this hoax. Sharpton as fell for many hoaxes but never apologized. .

According to Findlaw.com the punishment for an actual hate crime is only up to 1 year.. So 20 years would seem a bit excessive. I mean I think dude should do some time but idk if putting a noose on your own head and blaming (unknown) racists should give you more prison time than......stealing a kid... rape.... attempted murder... etc.
