It doesn't change anything. He's still in another state with a gun. Here's why that matters to the left:

It is true that the law says (by extreme semantics) that a minor can own a long-gun. (Any connection to AR-15s used for School shootings? Hmm.) As Stephen Colbert said: "If he didn't break the law, we should change the law."
You see, common sense would say that a minor can't and shouldn't own a gun. But apparently, in 30 states, they can - only if its a long barrel. To that I say [img attached.]

I don't think minors have any business having access to such weaponry in this capacity. It's a very dangerous hobby to be interested in guns, and can also be a healthy hobby. However, this isn't a perfect world, and adolescents are far from the shining example of mature judgement as seen in this case.

If they want to hunt, use a bow or traps. If they wanna play gun. Go paintball or airsoft.

I also think that we should enact laws where governors can call forth a militia if they see fit so that people who want to help as Kyle allegedly did, may do so. They should also be registered and held accountable with body cams so that this incident can't happen again.

But that's my two cents on trying to find a halfway point.
