"Everything you just stated you purposely are either flat out lying about or being misleading"
You can say whatever you want, but until you catch me stating a fact that's misleading or untrue, you're just blowing hot air out of the hole beneath your nose.
"So in your esteemed legal opinion, being chased by a mob, being on the verge of having your head kicked in, and having a loaded gun pointed at you isn't sufficient grounds for self defens"
No, I'm saying it is.
Don't forget, you said this to my observation that your takes were fairly lame: "YOU will never admit that "IF" Kyle did in fact point that weapon at people and was NOT being attacked when he did it was committting a crime."
You said that, and I agreed with you. Why you getting so riled up?
I'm not sure I see the point you're trying to make with which side introduced certain pieves of evidence. Just as the prosecution found out that their witness can turn out to be a fabulous witness for the defense, what difference it makes about which side introduced evidence? If the evidence points toward Kyle being innocent (or guilty) does it matter?
"PAY ATTENTION: It would be self defense as long as Kyle did not point the weapon at people BEFORE being chased down."
Whoa... talk about triggered. Maybe you should look into some trigger discipline?
I read the rest of your post, but you're clearly too triggered to communicate calmly. Maybe you've calmed down by now, and can post something with a tiny bit less triggered rage?
