Here, I 'll type this slowly for you. He did not know who or what his vicims were when he shot them, they could have been anybody else, he did not know. As garbage as they were, does not give kyle the right to be judge jury and executioner.
He was not judge, jury, and executioner.
He defended himself. The question is not did his attackers deserve to die. The question is did he reasonably believe his safety was endangered by those he shot.
