If the court ordered the pause, then proceeding with the vaccine mandate is contempt of court. That's against the law. The Bite One administration cannot order anyone to break the law, or impose penalties for obeying a court order. I can't cite chapter and verse, but I'm pretty certain that doing so is illegal.
