You know how some movies are so awful, you gotta wonder why no one noticed anywhere from production to distribution? That's because they're made to be BAD on PURPOSE. The loss incurred is a tax right off, which lowers the tax bracket for the movie studio and thus incentivizes them to make a certain percentage of bombs.
Selling those DVDs at a 'discount' (not really, DVDs are cheap to make, so they're still profiting) and that extra change in their pockets is what you bogusly define as -wait for it - Socialism.
