Strictly speaking, if he had employed an adverb that attacked her and ignored whatever her position is, then yes. But Graeystone did neither. At worst he referred to her being at least 100 lbs overweight, and needing to lose that weight, in order to get on board. But that was just stating what would appear to be an obvious fact.
