All three who handled the gun were negligent in their actions. Manslaughter charges are appropriate. No one checked and double checked to verify if it was loaded and what it may have been loaded with.

Prop guns should be just that. Props. Incapable of firing live ammo. Film special effects have evolved to the point where live ammo is unnecessary.

Still, he's holding the gun. He bears some responsibility. That self-righteous sack of shit should at least be charged with negligent manslaughter.
