MAGAts (and their ilk) refuse masks and vaccines, thereby prolonging the pandemic that we could otherwise be making headway against…leading to a shortage of personnel to deal with shipments (and jamming up hospitals). (Nobody mentioned Trump, but since you bring it up, he both endorses and instigates the nonsense that fuels his inbred followers)
