It’s hilarious watching the lefties compare shortages of toilet paper and sanitizer to what is going on now. Not surprising at all.

You're from Pomona!!!! I grew up in La Verne and my wife is from Ontario. We don't live there any more. We live in Utah now.

Oh okay. If you lived in Pomona you would know about La Verne. If you are not from the Inland Empire you most likely would have never heard of La Verne. It is a small town north and slightly west of Pomona. The only claim to fame that La Verne has is that the end of the movie The Graduate (and Wayne's World 2 where they parodied The Graduate) was filmed at a church across the street from my high school.

There is another tiny small town that borders La Verne on the west that was made famous in the movie Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. San Dimas High School was my high's schools rival. I went to summer school one summer at San Dimas High School.

Local stores last year were running short on stuff.

Even big giant Amazon, which delivers fresh food round here, had shortages (some items still not available to this day, like Koffee Kup cupcakes.) starting last year. And while Amazon Fresh deliveries have to be scheduled for the next day, last year you had to place orders days in advance, sometimes no slots became available at all and you had to keep checking hoping one might turn up.
