Unfortunately it would be unconstitutional. The Constitution says that you can’t judge different amounts for different people. Income tax is only Constitutional because there’s an amendment specifically stating that income tax is legal

It has been ruled by the Supreme Court that the 16th Amendment does not apply to Wilson's income tax. Therefore, Wilson's income tax scheme is unconstitutional.

Even so the 16 Amendment is NOT what an Amendment is supposed to be about. The Constitution and it's amendments should NEVER be about telling We The People what we must do, it is ALWAYS about what We The People are telling the government what they can and cannot do. They cannot tell the people what they can and cannot do because the Constitution is from the people.

That is NOT what I said. I said that YOU Democrats should be the ONLY ones to pay for the taxes you create. Seeing that Wilson was a Democrat and unconstitutionally forced the income tax on us then, yes, you should be the only ones to pay an income tax. You are clearly the only ones who support the income tax. You should pay for what you support and we should not be forced to pay for what only you supports.
