Some people work extremely hard for very little pay others make too much but is it really work?

Yeah, after seeing all the stuff they do every day, it kinda puts things in perspective

garbage men are underrated and lawyers are overrated

Underrated jobs: Construction workers, nurses, electricians, plumbers, teachers, paramedics

Overrated jobs: Influencers, Porn actor, Sports players (Yes, many have inspirational stories and do brilliant work with supporting the less fortunate, but they get paid far to much to run after or hit a ball)

Underrated: EMTS
Overrated: news reporters

Over-rated: the Kardashians, Jenners, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, career politicians.

Underrated: lego designer
Overrated: teacher

Engineer?

I think most professionals see us engineers as a necessary evil unfortunately...not saying my job is underrated but I really dont think people understand that our work helps keep them safe.

That said, I feel that (good) teachers, law enforcement, plumbers, and many blue collar workers are highly underrated. Professional sports players and "influencers" are incredibly overrated. Also most actors these days, although I have a pretty high disdain for most of them as it is. I feel the need to go puke anytime my wife wants to watch the Oscar's.

I would say teacher is overrated because when my teacher was teaching us about different jobs, she compared their pay to hers. Teachers do not get paid much.

Underrated: Ranchers and Landscaper (without them we'd have no food and very ugly suburbs)
Overrated: Youtubers, Veternarians, and Private Lawyers (not public ones)

UNDERRATED JOBS VS. OVERRATED JOBS:

Underrated: Doing Any Job That You Genuinely Enjoy Doing, Are Intuitively Interested In, & Are Really Good At, Regardless Of What You Actually Do For A Living (Just As Long As You Get Paid At Least Enough To Live A Decent Life)

Overrated: Doing A Standard 9-To-5 Job With Very Crappy Pay, Crappier Hours, Even Crappier Work And The Crappiest Bosses & Co-Workers

underated: computer engineering, forensics (CSI), and medical fields, because they all pay a lot (I think) and they seem fun.

Overrated: Sports, and Politics of any kind. People get payed to throw balls around

you have to do 10 years of college to become a doctor of course it's gonna be hard
