Yes , Biden is going through the same plan Trump proposed last year . The difference is Trump was dealing from a position of power , we were energy independent then , we didn't need to worry about the Middle East . Biden killed the Keystone pipeline , making us dependent on foreign oil . We are now going be stuck in the Middle East politics for years to come .
